DUO Auretta Perrin and Angie Sciascia held onto their Club Foursomes title with back to back wins during the Ladies Championships at the Mount Isa Golf Club.

Held on Saturday and Sunday, Perrin and Sciascia stormed home with a strong score of 179 (total gross) in this major championship event claiming the MIM Staff Association trophy.
Heading into the final round on Sunday the winning tandem held a nine shot lead over their closest rival’s increasing their lead to 18 by the end of days play.
The gross runner up trophy went to mother and daughter duo Eva and Alison Gordon who finished their rounds with a gross total of 197. In the handicap section of competition, Ulla Allen and Rebecca Nankivell had a comfortable win with a score of 147 nett total to take home the Jays Real Estate trophy.
Liz Jakeman and Glenda Fietz claimed second in the handicap division with a nett total of 152.
The day one nett award was won by pair Sheila Stewart and Judy Fangrath.
Duo Kirra White and Margie McDonald had the strongest nett on day two.
The Bell & Moir sponsored nearest to the pins on Saturday went to Angie Sciascia (5 and 14), Auretta Perrin (10) and on Sunday the pin shots were won by Glenda Fietz (2), Sheila Stewart (5) and Kirra White (10).
Earlier in the week Eva Gordon claimed Wednesdays Stableford event taking home the Judy Fangrath trophy.
Gordon’s 40 pts edged out compatriot Liz Debney who finished with 38 pts.
The nearest the pin recipients were Eva Gordon on 8 and 14, and Kirra White on 17.
