There will be an operational update from the copper and zinc senior management teams.
Glencore say they will also provide an update on health, safety and environmental performance achievements at the event.
The session will be held at the Red Earth Hotel ballroom at 5.15pm for a 5.30pm start.
It will be followed by drinks and refreshments.
