This year’s event was held at the Hughenden State School on the weekend and was a chance for the Hughenden community to recognise and celebrate local cancer survivors, patients and their carers, to remember loved ones lost to cancer and to raise money to help save more lives. They joined the thousands of Australians who take part in Cancer Council’s Relay each year in the fight against cancer.
This year’s theme was a pyjama party and there were over 100 registrations for the event.
