On Monday September 18 at 11:15pm, Police were called to an argument between a 29-year old woman and 22-year old man known to each other at Kaeser Rd, Mount Isa. The female used a knife and wounded the male in the back causing a deep laceration. An ambulance attended to the males injuries. Police declared a crime scene with forensic police attending. The victim was transported to taken to hospital for treatment. She was arrested and appeared in the Mount Isa Magistrates Court on September 19.
