ACT/Southern representatives Ravi Wikramanayake, Kaleb Phillips, Joshua Low-McMahon, and Dominic O'Shannessy were named in the ACT/NSW Country side for the 11-day tournament.
The tournament begins on Monday with the first four rounds being played on the Sunshine Coast before the players pack up their kit bags and head to Brisbane for the final four games.
Former Test wicketkeeper and Cricket Australia pathways manager Graham Manou has backed the next generation to make their mark at the tournament.
"There are an incredible amount of opportunities now for Australia's young cricketers," Manou said.
"Five players from last year's under 17 national championships now have state rookie contracts, which serves to show how close some of these players are to becoming professional cricketers. "Australia captain Steve Smith and vice-captain David Warner both played at these championships in their junior careers, as have so many other Australian stars, both past and present."
ACT/NSW Country will face reigning champions NSW Metro, Queensland, Northern Territory, South Australia, Tasmania, Victoria Country, Victoria Metro, Western Australia and a Cricket Australia XI in the search for national glory.
