The second prisoner who allegedly escaped from a prison farm in the Gold Coast hinterland almost three weeks ago has been arrested.

Tegan Simpson, 24, was found on Thursday morning after 18 days on the run.
She was arrested at a Carindale residence and charged with two counts of failing to stop a motor vehicle, as well as one count each of escape lawful custody and attempted unlawful use of a motor vehicle.
She appeared in the Brisbane Magistrates Court on Thursday and the case was adjourned to the Beenleigh Magistrates Court on November 2.
Ms Simpson was recaptured more than 90 kilometres north of the Numinbah Valley prison farm where it will be alleged she and Abigail Graf, 21, escaped from.
Ms Graf was found on September 18 at a Moorina residence in the Moreton Bay region, more than 150 kilometres away from the 1800-acre, low security Numinbah Correctional Centre.
It will be alleged the women's escape was discovered about 11pm on September 10 after a head count by correctional officers fell two short.
