1. Billy Slater

If this was his last game, he went out with a bang. Put the game beyond doubt on half-time and was safe at fullback all night. 8.5/10

2. Suliasi Vunivalu

Had a first-half error, but after that handled all the high kicks that came his way. Didn't get that much of the ball in attack. 7

3. Will Chambers

Quick thinking set up the opener and was a handful every time he got the ball - the best centre in the game, hands down. 8.5

4. Curtis Scott

Didn't get as many touches as he would have liked, but took his try well and didn't put a foot out of place, either. Big future in this team. 7

5. Josh Addo-Carr

The pacy young winger broke the game open with the first try of the night and got the last, too. Has proven himself one of the game's biggest excitement machines. 8

6. Cameron Munster

Had a bit of a quiet first 40 before showing some spark in the second. Didn't do much wrong, played his support role perfectly. 6.5

7. Cooper Cronk

A masterclass in his final game in purple. Kicking game was good, set up a try and definitely shook off any demons remaining from a poor 2016 decider. 9

8. Jesse Bromwich

Backed himself to run over everyone, and very nearly did. Strong first stint before he came back on with the game wrapped up. 7

9. Cameron Smith (c)

Brilliant as a playmaker, a defender and, surprisingly, ran the ball a tonne as well. Very well could be the best player of the 21st century. 9

10. Jordan McLean

Tackled well and ran hard - has really stepped up this season and will thrive in that massive Cowboys pack next season. 7

11. Felise Kaufusi

Has become one of the best scoring forwards in the competition, and grabbed another one here, capping off a brilliant breakout campaign. 8

12. Tohu Harris

Dominated early exchanges on both sides of the ball and threw a brilliant cut-out ball at the end - led kick chases, ran hard and topped the tackle count. 9

13. Dale Finucane

Finally, the monkey is off his back after losing three deciders in the past six years. Fittingly, scored the try that put the result beyond doubt. 7.5

Bench

14. Kenneath Bromwich

Limited impact off the bench, but played his role well - worked hard and kept his head down, as he always does. 6

15. Tim Glasby

A typical Glasby game, no fuss and lots of hard work. Did nothing wrong and adds a grand final win to his Origin success this year. 6.5

16. Nelson Asofa-Solomona

Was an absolute nuisance coming on as a sub, running with real venom - has arguably been the standout interchange player of the competition. 7.5

17. Slade Griffin

Came on as a victory cigar with just over 10 minutes to go, and worked hard throughout that limited stint - should have a big future. 4.5
