Former Ipswich mayor Paul Pisasale is facing six fresh charges including official corruption involving an alleged payment from a property developer.

Queensland's Crime and Corruption Commission has charged Mr Pisasale with one count each of official corruption, misconduct in public office, perjury, and possession of a restricted drug as well as two counts of fraud.
The CCC will allege the corruption charge relates to payments made by a property developer.
And the perjury was allegedly committed at a hearing as part of the corruption watchdog's investigation.
He is expected to appear in Brisbane Magistrates Court on November 7.
Once dubbed one of Australia's most popular politicians, Mr Pisasale quit as mayor on June 6.
Dressed in pyjamas, a robe, and red socks, the long-serving mayor announced he was standing down for health reasons.
On June 20, Mr Pisasale was charged with three offences including one count of extortion.
On August 3, he was further charged with two counts of attempting to pervert the course of justice.
Mr Pisasale is one of four senior Ipswich council figures facing charges as part of the Queensland corruption watchdog's ongoing investigation into the council's operations.
