Brisbane based Emblem and her ‘experiment’ band is straight out ‘Aussie rock’ that will set the tone in the pub on Thursday to Saturday nights.
She combines original tunes on guitars and stomp box as well as a combination of covers from bands including Led Zeppelin, The Rolling Stones and Stevie Nicks.
According to the performer’s Facebook profile Emblem sometimes does requests.
Meanwhile at the Buffs Club the main event of the weekend will be the Kids Colour Splash Disco held on Saturday night.
Children are encouraged to dress up in their brightest colours in the disco held between 6pm to 7.30pm.
For the adults, DJ Ricky Sanger leads the dance floor for the second weekend in a row. The DJ works from 10pm to 3am Friday and Saturday.
