Dan Ballard draws in the wins at Isa race meet

Mount Isa jockey, Dan Ballard, raked in the wins at the Mount Isa Melbourne Cup race meeting on Tuesday, winning three from his five races.

Race one saw Tim Brummell on Wicked Wiki cross the line first, followed by Dan Ballard on Believe It Or Not and Aaron Spradau on Sunnic King.

Race two saw Dan Ballard finish in first place on Damgoodchoice followed by Aaron Spradau on Galea Warrior and Keith Ballard on Whispering Death.

Dan Ballard was at it again in the third race, taking first place on My Crimson Lad, followed by Keith Ballard on Tempesta Rossa and Tim Brummell on Wicked Investment.

Race four saw Aaron Spradau on Le Cap cross the finish line ahead of Dan Ballard on Golden Meteor and Keith Ballard on Rothstein.

The final race saw Dan Ballard on Admiral Ruff finish two and a half lengths ahead of Tamara Ticknell on Your Way Or Mine and Tim Brummell on Rock Spark.

The next Mount Isa race meeting will be held on December 2.
