The senator was due to hop back onto the ???Battler Bus' in Ipswich on Monday but changed her mind when her daughter said she was going into labour with Ms Hanson's fifth grandchild.

"My only daughter sat on a polling booth on her 15th birthday and has been by my side during times when I've needed her, I wouldn't miss this special moment for anything," the senator said in a Facebook post.

"I'll be back Tuesday, so don't think for a second I'm out of the campaign altogether."

Ms Hanson also took a swipe at Queensland Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk for the timing of the election.

"The Queensland election couldn't have come at a worse time for me this time around," said the federal senator.

"An opportunistic Annastacia Palaszczuk took advantage of me being out of the country when the election was called and unfortunately in this situation, babies wait for no one."

The One Nation leader said she was hoping for a granddaughter.

"Imagine if it's a little girl with fiery red hair, I'll have a little mini me to keep the two major parties on their toes at the next federal election."

Ms Hanson showed up in another form in Brisbane on Sunday, when a protester wearing a large Pauline Hanson mask went to the LNP campaign launch.

The fake Ms Hanson led a small group of anti-Adani protesters, who were prevented from entering the Stratton Street venue by police.

Labor also held their campaign launch on Sunday, with WBO welterweight champion Jeff Horn introducing Ms Palaszczuk to the stage on the Gold Coast.
