Australia will be looking to regain their World Men's Team Squash Championships title for the first time since 2003 when the event begins next week in Marseille.

The fourth-seeded Australian team will hope to improve on their previous effort, when they placed fourth in the 2013 event, with the 2015 edition in Cairo cancelled due to safety concerns. Australia's World no. 16 Ryan Cuskelly, no. 19 Cameron Pilley, no. 57 Rex Hedrick and no. 108 Zac Alexander will have their work cut out for them, facing some quality opposition.
Favoured top seed Egypt boasts three top 10 players, defending champion England have two former world no. 1's and hosts France will be led by current world no. 1 Gregory Gaultier.
They must also be wary of dark horse and no. 5 seed Hong Kong, who have three players in the world's top 30.
Record eight-time champions Australia have drawn 13th seeds Wales and 19th seeds Czech Republic in their group, needing only to finish in the top two to qualify for the last 16.
Event debutants Iraq and Jamaica will compete alongside 22 other nations.
Having been held biennially since 1967, the championships will bring an end to the European Capital of Sports operation, being held this year in Marseille.
