Kevin Brown case shows rugby league still has not learnt

A major AFL player - one-time Geelong and Essendon premiership player John Barnes - emerged this week as the lead plaintiff in a proposed concussion action against the AFL and its clubs? It is not surprising. Rugby league has already entered that space, with the suit by James McManus, and other collision sports were always going to follow suit, legal and otherwise.
