Blackstars will go into the game as favourites but Panthers will take heart after the Stars suffered their first defeat of the season to perennial rivals Townview at Captain Cook Oval on Saturday.
Townview won the election day toss and went into bat.
It was opener Luke Henry won did the damage.
Henry was slow to start with a string of dot balls early in the innings but once he got going there was no stopping him, including a spelling where he smashed four fours from five balls.
Henry went on to score 92 not out including two sixes and 12 fours.

He was ably supported by fellow opener Cody Tully who made 23 before being bowled by Cam Conlon and then S. Tyce chipped in with another 26 runs.
In the end Townview finished their 20 overs on 3/208 with the unbeaten Henry joined by Dale Roberts on 18 not out.
It was hard work for the bowlers and best was Cam Conlon with 2/26.
In reply Townview would have been delighted to get dangerman Andy Cullis out for a duck.
Trent Cameron and Ben Spooner were also dismissed cheaply at the top of the order.
Ash Benson attempted to put some stability into the score and he held his bat aloft at the end making an impressive 66 not out including 10 boundaries.
But the only other person to make double figures was Cam Conlon who made 27 as wickets fell regularly.
In the end Blackstars fell well short of the target ending up at 7/141.
Best of the bowlers were Jason Knight with 2/27 and Cody Tully with 2/21 while Adam Moes, Dale Roberts and Billy Baillie all chipped in with a wicket each.
