A teenager has been charged after a Gold Coast nurse was allegedly robbed and abducted on Friday.

A group of four men allegedly set upon 25-year-old Joe Brooker as he walked to his car at Pindara Private Hospital in Benowa about 3.30am.
Police said the group, wearing balaclavas and allegedly armed with knives and a handgun, pushed the nurse into the boot and drove him to an ATM at Parkwood and forced him to withdraw cash.
He was allegedly put back into the boot before the group crashed his car into a fence at Ashmore and fled the scene. The group then stole a second car, police said, which rolled on Ashmore Road about 4.45am.
Mr Brooker was released from the boot by neighbours in the area and was transported to Gold Coast University Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. He was released later that day.
A 17-year-old Ashmore man was charged on Monday with two counts of unlawful use of a motor vehicle, two counts of armed robbery, one count each of torture and deprivation of liberty.
He was due to appear in Southport Magistrates Court on Monday.
Police said there was no link between the nurse and the gang. Their search continues for three other men, believed to be in their late teens or early 20s.
