Mount Isa Police have said that at about 11.30am on Friday, February 9, a vehicle was observed by police to be driving dangerously, with excessive speeds, in an area populated by schools, vehicle and foot traffic.

A 21-year-old man was charged with dangerous operation of a vehicle and driving without a license and will appear before Mount Isa Magistrates Court on March 1.
