The case involving over 300 charges of aviation fraud were first laid against Josh Hoch in January 2017, and has been adjourned numerous times.
The matters were adjourned again on Wednesday, February 21.
Mr Hoch’s partner Nicole Limburg is also facing one charge of fraud and her lawyer told the court they were waiting to hear about funding.
Josh Hoch’s lawyer said they had received the brief of evidence.
The brief contains 517 exhibits, 210 witness statements, and several telephone recordings.
The case was adjourned for committal hearing on April 11.
