Senior Employee Relations Officer

Leading state owned government organisation focused on providing healthcare service to the residents of some of the most rural parts of Queensland.

Your new role
You will be stepping into an established role as the Senior Employee Relations Officer for a period of six months to help support their Human Resources team. You will be reporting directly to the Human Resources Manager, and providing advice on awards, legislation and employee relations topics.

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will be required to demonstrate prior knowledge in the healthcare or related industry to be able to step into the role with minimal training. While not an essential requirement, a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or relevant subject area will be highly regarded.

What you'll get in return
Please note this is a residential role and will require the candidate to already live in, or be willing to relocate to Mount Isa during your tenure. You will receive support in relocation and/or accommodation if you are relocating. Your hourly rate will be circa $50p/hr working fulltime hours onsite.
