Thousands of people flocked to the street all vying for a good position to cheer on the parade participants.
Floats decorated in this years Diamonds and Dust theme were a crowd pleaser.
Local school kids belted out popular songs TNT and Call Me Maybe while Centacare employees put on a Slim Dusty and Neil Diamond concert.
Paws, Hoofs and Claws were another favourite, delighting the crowd with their quirky dog float and canine friends.
