Mount Isa's Bonnie Anderson won the Classic section at Birdsville Races with a secondhand Sonlia dress she bought on social media.

It is the second Fashions on the Field win for the Jays Real Estate agent within a fortnight.
Ms Anderson also won the under 25 section ladies at Camooweal Races in August but with a Chi Chi design.
However, both her fascinators were bought from Mount Isa’s Millinery by Mel.
She did not assume she would well at Birdsville even though she won at Camooweal.
“There is so much competition here, I am pretty overwhelmed,” she said.
“Holy moly there’s a lot of people here.”
Contemporary winner was Courtney Gonano, from Cairns, wearing a Mackenzie mode with green beads and maroon accessories, and a headpiece from South Australia’s Helen Mary Millinery.
The novelty award went to the Addams Family; Tony Asmus, Debbie Richards, Neil and Lyn Dark, Carol Bird, John Brazel and Julie and Barry Hoad.
