The night saw Wayne Tindale's ‘Dart Vaders’ put there stamp on the competition by defining ‘Breaking Hearts and Playing Darts’ 14-1 the highest ever winning margin.
Wayne said he was very happy with how his team had started the competition and after shaking off a little rust last week, could see a team taking a defeat like this from the Dart Vaders. Early on they are looking the team to beat and take a strong lead at the top of the ladder.
‘Green Arrows’ continue there strong start with Phil Robinson, and Scott Ramsbotham going undefeated on their way to a 11-4 win over ‘Sharpest Shooters’.
‘The Originals’ also continued their run of form taking out ‘Marvelus’ 10-5 and giving a debut to a possible future star Belinda Dowling who having never played before managed to hit the winning double in three games.
Shock of the night tho went to Rob Bradbury's ‘All Black Reserve Squad’ beating ‘NQ Contracting 11-4, Rob said his team where fantastic but special mention must go to Peter Burlingham who was fantastic carrying Rob through the night and becoming the first player to hit a 180 in the competition. Opposing captain Daniel Flanigan declined to make any comment on the outcome of the match.
