Locals from all over the North West celebrated the ninth&nbsp;National Close the Gap Day at Mount Isa&nbsp;Civic Centre on Thursday, with health workers&nbsp;recommitting&nbsp;to close the gap between Indigenous and non Indigenous health outcomes.
