The event is held at Mary Kathleen Memorial Park on Sunday from 3pm. 

Local community groups, charities, organisations and event committees will have booths to promote what they do at Curry Day. 

There will also be a cupcake competition and a junior best dressed competition. Both competitions have the theme of Green. 

Curry Day was typically held on the weekend of St Patrick’s Day, as an acknowledgement of the Irish roots of its town’s namesake. But in the past two years it has merged with Curry Harmony Day, held since 2015.
