Barkly visit for police

Mount Isa police officers and Dog Squad visited Barkly Highway State School last week with their vehicles and police equipment to show the kids. Sen Const Josh Bull and PD Rowdy talked to kids about working together each day. PD Rowdy uses his superior sense of smell to follow the scent of offenders. School Based Sen Const Renee Matthew talked about police radios, that officers rely on their communications operators for safety and for job details.
