Situated just 10km from the stunning natural beauty of Boodjamulla (Lawn Hill) National Park and 50km from the incredible archaeology of the World Heritage-listed Miyumba (Riversleigh) Fossil Fields, the Adels Grove camping park sits alongside the emerald green waters of Lawn Hill Creek, surrounded by lush tropical and native plant life, sprawling ranges and an abundance of wildlife.
Park Manager and Co-owner Michelle Low Mow said the area was a photographer’s paradise so the social media competition format was a simple choice when considering new and innovative marketing formats.
“Social media is such an on-trend and successful format of marketing and PR these days, so when considering new ways to share the experience that is Adels Grove a photo competition via our popular social media assets was an easy decision” Ms Low Mow said.
Aimed at sharing people’s personal experiences and the highlights of Adels Grove, entrants will need to share their favourite images on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram along with a caption and the hashtag #HiddenTreasures.
Entries will be shared on the Adels Grove pages throughout the competition with the most ‘liked’ entry winning a 3 day Discover Lawn Hill Tour for two adults.
Valued at $2200 the three day guided tour of Adels Grove includes travel to and from Adels Grove ex Mount Isa, breakfast, dinner and lunch daily, accommodation and guided tours of the Riversleigh (Miyumba) Fossil Fields and Lawn Hill (Boodjamulla) National Park.
Ms Low Mow said it was the perfect prize to start a family vacation, a romantic getaway or an amazing gift for someone special.

Entrants are encouraged to submit as many photos of their Adels Grove experience as they wish, while encouraging friends and family to like their post when it makes it to the Adels Grove pages.
