With Cloncurry celebrating 150 years, the outback community received a visit from well known musician Small Town Culture’s Josh Arnold to arrange an anthem to celebrate the milestone.
Visiting Cloncurry in March, Josh worked with 200 students from Cloncurry schools to create the masterpiece, which has just been released.
Published on June 4, the video showcases all the beauty, ruggedness, adventure and colourful people that make up the outback community.
And highlights all Cloncurry has to offer including, but not limited to: John Flynn Place, Mary Kathleen Park, Chinaman Creek Dam, cattle mustering, the Cloncurry Merry Muster Festival.
Cloncurry Shire Council mayor, Greg Campbell, said the video really showed the passion that the locals have for their small community.
