A count back was required when two ladies carded +3 in the Par event, top honours was awarded to Eva Gordon while Margie McDonald was awarded the runner-up prize.
Another count back was required for ball run down honours when two golfers completed the event with +1, Auretta Perrin came up trumps narrowly edging out her opponent Liz Jakeman on the last hole.
Nearest to the pins went to Renee Thompson (2nd ), Judy Fangrath (11th ) and Auretta Perrin (14th).
Earlier in the week in form Glenda Fietz fired up the course claiming the Wednesdays Topfire Constructions trophy with a 70 nett in the stroke event.
Ulla Allen’s score of 73 nett saw her take home the runners-up award.
Nearest the pins went to Ulla Allen holes 2 and 18, and Eva Gordon on hole 5.
Following the close of play, August Monthly Medals were decided with Ulla Allen coming up trumps in the Silver division, Rebecca Nankivell Bronze 1 and Margie McDonald Bronze 2.
The putting champion was Eva Gordon with 31 putts.
