Eleven-year-old jailed for breaching bail conditions

An 11-year-old juvenile allegedly involved in the break and enter at a Miles St business was arrested on September 6 for breaching bail. The juvenile was subject to bail conditions after release from Mount Isa Courthouse on September 4. On Sep 6, Police located him breaching bail and he was arrested and taken to the watchhouse. He appeared before Mount Isa Children’s Court on September 7. Bail was revoked and he will remain in custody until October 10.
