The court heard from Mr Baker’s Legal Aid Queensland solicitor Rhianna Batt, who confirmed she had not re-established contact with him and had no objection to the warrant.
This follows last week’s adjournment, when solicitor Ms Batt announced she had lost contact with Mr Baker.
Mr Baker faces three counts of fraud, two counts of stealing as a person in public service, and misconduct of a police officer.
He resigned from the Queensland Police Service as a Sergeant based in Camooweal before disciplinary action was taken against alleged actions, and was extradited from the Northern Territory in July.
