Black Stars will be back to defend the title they won in 2017 as will Panthers, Townview, Western Bulls and Cavaliers.
Challengers have dropped out but they will be replaced by Cloncurry to make it a six team competition.

There will no local cricket on the Australia Day long weekend but the traditional Goldfield Ashes will be held in Charters Towers from January 26-28.

The semi finals will be held on March 3.
The top placed side will play the second placed side at Sunset Oval at 10am with the winner going though to the grand final.
Third will play fourth at Captain Cook Oval at 10am.
The loser is eliminated.
On March 10 the loser of 1 v 2 plays the winner of 3 v 4 at Sunset Oval at 10am.
The loser is eliminated.
The grand final will be played on St Patrick’s Day, Saturday March 17 at Sunset Oval from 10am.
It will feature the winner of 1 v 2 from March 3 and the winner of the March 10 game.
