A police spokesperson said initial investigations indicate the vehicle travelling on Trainor St had failed to give way at the intersection.
QFES were called to remove the female passenger from the vehicle.
One driver was taken to Mount Isa Base Hospital with a suspected fracture and the other people involved suffered minor injuries.
Investigations are continuing.
