A few hundred cowboy hats lined the rodeo ring at McIntyre Park to cheer the bravest men, women and children being tossed around like rag dolls.
Police were on the scene to make sure nothing got too wild as the beer flowed and people kicked their spurs up.
Paramedics were stationed close to the action to keep a watchful eye on riders.
The Yelvertoft campdraft has always been a great Easter family weekend with more than 400 people usually in attendance.
Due to weather mishaps the annual campdraft and rodeo moved to Julia Creek this Easter.
