And the freedom to wear superhero costumes in public!
The 2018 Superhero Scramble organised by Gecko Outdoor Sports will take off at Kruttschnitt Oval on Sunday, 27 May at 10.30am.
Superhero Scramble is a tailor-made race for children aged 6-12 and their carers.
It involves 10 challenges that will test your powers or surprise you with ones you didn’t know you had.
The race is a combination of physical and mental challenges focussed on participation, healthy competition and good old fashioned sportsmanship but did I mention, just like every good Superhero comic book there’s a twist.
Your budding superhero progeny needs to race alongside either SuperGran, Grandpa, Mum or Dad or a carer.
Holy heart failure, Batman!
It’s going to take more than the fastest runner or the superhero with the quickest wits to win this one.
All Superhero Scramble children receive an event t-shirt and medallion at the completion of the circuit.
Superhero Scramble is about experiencing awesome, sweaty, family fun and a great way for Mount Isa families to be involved in a healthy, outdoor challenge.
Even the younger progeny’s won’t be left high and dry. The Superhero Squirts is a 15 minute curtain opener for children 5 years-old and under.
All Superhero Squirt children receive a medallion with the option to order an event t-shirt for $15.00.
