Anzac Day is a national day of remembrance on April 25 which commemorates Australian and New Zealand people who served and died in all wars, conflicts, and peacekeeping operations.
The traditional proud staple pub war-time game of Two-up will reignite the sense of comaradarie soldiers felt when The Buffs Club plays host to the Returned and Services League Australia (RSL) Mount Isa Sub Branch event.
More than 100 attendees will attend in the public game commemorating the Australian war heroes. Two coins are thrown in the air and the audience place their wages on how the coins will land.
The Buffs Club Marketing Manager Brooke Donnelly said Anzac Day remembers our war time heroes.
"Without them we wouldn't be where we are today," she said.
"Everyone goes to the March to honour the Anzac soldiers and you can go alone but your surrounded by friends from the town.
Brooke said Anzac Day will remain a significant event for the community.
"To honour the good times and to not loose the tradition," she said.
"Because it's important to see where we came from to help to move forward."

The non-profit manager said the game was a a special tradition the RSL want to carry forward to remember the significant and historical Gallipoli event where thousands of men risked their lives.
Brooke said people have been visiting the venue since the 1930s. She loves hearing the stories of yesteryear.
“When you work in this club with older patrons they tell you their stories from their day and it's really touching to hear those,” she said.
At The Buffs servicemen can enjoy the Anzac Day breakfast buffet for $10. It costs servicemen $14.90 and children cost $10.90. There is no entry fee.
Onsite facilities include a bar, grill and gaming facilities. There is a kids club, functions and events.
Brooke loves working for the non-profit. “The Buff club sponsor sporting teams and allow for schools to have free room hire for their event and raffles to fundraise.”
