Secretary Retha De Beer said they will be showing Thor – Ragnarok.
“An action-packed movie which pits Thor against the Hulk who was his ally and fellow Avenger in earlier movies.”
The collaboration is to help raise funds for Townview P&C Year 5/6 Camp and the Mount Isa Hockey Associations Junior Representative side to go to the State Championship.
Sausage sizzle, hot chips and snow cones and soft drinks will be served and a limited bar will be on offer however BYO alcohol is restricted.
Tickets are $5 and children under five-years-old are free.
“The tickets are pre-purchase only and are available form the Mount Isa Hockey Association, Beaurepaires, Townview State School and ATSILS,” Ms De Beer said.
The event will be held at the Hockey grounds on Sports Parade with the gates opening at 7pm and the movie commencing at 8pm.
