With seating for up to 340 people, guests can choose from an indoor dining setting in an open and relaxed atmosphere, or enjoy a meal outside by the infinity pool in the shade of the palm garden.

The Ville’s executive chef Nicholas Redsell said the Palm House offers a cooking stationed buffet.
“It will incorporate all of Queensland’s sensational seafood,” he said.
“The live stations will have food being freshly prepared and cooked in front of the diner to create a theatrical dining experience.
“The Palm House hosts a magnificent high tea, which can be enjoyed while overlooking the Coral Sea with views towards the beautiful new infinity edge resort pool.”
