Police have issued a public plea to help find Nasser El Kheir, 54, of Broadmeadows, after two shots were fired inside a Broadmeadows cafe during a fight on Tuesday night.
No one was injured in the incident.
Police released an image of El Kheir in the hope someone can provide information on his whereabouts.
He is described as tall, of solid build with a grey beard and balding hair. He is known to frequent the Broadmeadows area.
Anyone who sees him is warned not to approach him and to contact triple-0 immediately.
