A teenage boy was airlifted from a remote property south of Mount Isa, after he was injured in a motorcycle accident.
A rescue helicopter was tasked to Stradbroke Station near Dajarra just after noon on Thursday.
The 17-year-old was trying to avoid hitting a kangaroo when he lost control of the bike.
He was transported to the airstrip, where he was met by the RACQ LifeFlight Rescue Helicopter and flown to Mount Isa Hospital.
The teen is in a stable condition at the Mount Isa Hospital.
