The competition is organised by Commerce North West as one of the many highlights of Mount Isa Rodeo week.
“Numbers are definitely up this year,” Chamber president Travis Crowther said.
“Thank you to everyone for putting in so much effort outside of business hours. It brings a lot of spirit into rodeo week and is really good to see.”
This year’s outstanding individuals were Melissa Kirk from Hit 102.5, Mary Jane Caldwell from Elders and Debbie Howie from Arvos.
Large buisness (more than 13 employees): Grand Champion – Queensland Country Credit Union, Runner Up – Outback at Isa.
Medium business (5-12 employees) : Grand Champion – Mount Isa Airport, Runner Up – Best and Less.
Small business (less than five employees): Grand Champion – Elders Insurance, Runner Up – Arvos.
Not for Profit: Grand Champion – Eileen Fisher Memorial Kindergarten, Runner Up – Buffs Club.
Schools : Grand Champion – Barkly Highway State School, Runner Up – Healy State School.
