With accommodation, pubs and cafes chock-a-block over the weekend for the Rodeo, local businesses have the chance to throw in a fundraiser for drought-affected farmers.
Sunset Top Park proprietor Peter Miller is throwing on a pancake breakfast on Sunday to raise money for the drought relief.
It's about seizing the opportunity to raise some money while the park's 35 cabins, and more than 100 sites are filled - mainly with people who have rolled into town for the Rodeo.
"It's all part of the local experience you get in a holiday park. We try to make people feel like they are a local when they stay with us - we like to share a breakfast with them, and nothing makes you feel more like a local than supporting a local cause," Peter said.
"We really feel strongly about the need to help our mates who are suffering in the drought and visitors to the rodeo who feel strongly about animals are particularly likely to be sympathetic to the cause.
"We know it is tough out there at the moment for businesses with extremely high costs such as council rates and utility prices, but every little bit people can spare will make a huge difference to farmers who are in dire straits.
"We reckon the rodeo presents the ideal chance for local businesses get on board at raise some money for drought relief, he said"
Sunset Top Tourist Park's pancake breakfast will be held between 8-9am Sunday 12 August.
