The Gold, Silver and Bronze winners from the 28 Queensland Tourism Awards categories and the RACQ People’s Choice Award will be announced on Friday November 16 at The Star Gold Coast.
Queensland’s Gold Award winners from 25 categories will gain automatic entry into the Australian Tourism Awards.
The 2018 Queensland Tourism Award entrants from our region are Adels Grove Camping Park, At the Creek - Julia Creek Visitor Information Centre, Winton’s Australian Age of Dinosaurs, Birdsville Big Red Bash and the Mount Isa Mines Rotary Rodeo.
They are more than 200 entrants state-wide.
Introduced last year, the RACQ People’s Choice Award will again provide the public with the opportunity to have their say and vote for their favourite tourism experience and service, or accommodation provider.
But you better get in quick – voting for the RACQ People’s Choice awards closes Monday September 24.
