More than 260 people turned out to support the event in the Civic Centre on October 20 and the night ultimately raised $15,726.
Mayor Joyce McCulloch said the money would be used to purchase vital equipment for the Special Care Nursery at the hospital.
“Events like these and the support of the community donations make the journey easier for all children and their families in Mount Isa who are touched by sickness and tragedy," Cr McCulloch said.
Australian actor Shane Jacobson was the MC on the night.
