The Expo is a perfect opportunity to find out more about Mount Isa’s sports clubs and community groups and to sign up to take part in their activities, games, matches and competitions which will be held on Saturday, February 2 at the Buchanan Park Entertainment Centre.
The Sign-on Expo is free and will be held from 9am to 1pm.
It will give locals a chance to meet and speak with representatives of many of Mount Isa’s various clubs, community groups and sporting codes, and possibly sign up to become members or to take part in their competitions.
All local sports clubs, community groups, not-for-profit organisations, volunteer groups and associated suppliers can register for a site at the expo.
Sites are free and offer a central location for anyone and everyone to find something of interest – from rugby to tennis, dance, quilting, chiropractors and supplement suppliers, there will be something for everyone’s interests.
The event is a great opportunity for clubs to sign up new members, and for community groups and organisations to promote themselves and their activities to local residents.
