The program focuses on a variety of different elements including 48 fitness sessions, additional home workouts, one-on-one consultations and workshops for injury prevention, as well as nutrition and supplement information.
Classes will be held at Three Sons Fitness on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday each week.
Mr Doyle said the program would be made up of mixed classes open to all men and women of any fitness level.
“I am very big on form and technique. With form and technique, comes progression which gets results,” he said.
“Too many times people go to challenges or the gym and they have no idea what they are doing and don’t get taught technique and form, therefore not achieving the results they want.
“I like to promote clients to be the best you, you can be. This means not worrying about who looks like what just be the best you, you can be. While being comfortable in your own body and your own skin.”
Mr Doyle said he had a wealth of knowledge to offer his clients.
“I am 42 this year and I was a professional athlete from the age of 18. I played eight years for the North Queensland Cowboys, two years with the Sydney Roosters and played State of Origin for Queensland.
“Since I retired at the end of 2002 I have been helping, coaching and training people in one form or another over the last 16 years.
“Because my body is so banged up, I have come to learn how to modify training methods, movements and exercises to suit all ages, injuries and fitness levels.
“Whatever training I set out for people, I do it as well to make sure it is reasonable for them to do.”
Whilst having his own fitness knowledge and training experiences, Mr Doyle also has access to a strength and conditioning coach, a nutritionist and dietitian.
“I have access to these resources because I am so passionate to make people feel fit, healthy and strong; to make their everyday lives easier,” he said.
“I try to break it down and make it all as easy of my clients as possible.”
