The country rock band will travel to Cloncurry to perform at the 65th Annual Curry Merry Muster Festival on Saturday August 3 after all the live rodeo action.
The Wolfe Brothers burst into the music scene in mid 2012 when they were voted runner up in the final of Australia’s Got Talent.
Following their success, the band’s music name has grown releasing a self-titled EP and three studio albums.
Curry Merry Muster Festival president, Janessa Bidgood said the committee were really impressed with how the Wolfe Brothers have taken their Australian talent all over the world, and couldn’t wait to have them playing in Cloncurry.
“We are very excited to have the band making up a part of our 65th Anniversary Festival, they are a terrific bunch of guys and have been so good to deal with,” Ms Bidgood said.
“A large name band is the perfect fit for Saturday night, rounding up all the rodeo action and family fun, which is what the Merry Muster is about.
“The Curry Merry Muster is going ahead in leaps and bounds and engaging the Wolfe Brothers this year is another great committee achievement we are proud to announce.
“Our committee invest a lot of time into creating an event that people want to attend, and 2019 is shaping up to be a whole lot of FUN.”
