Brian Atherinos hit a great score of 42 points to take out the Mark Thinee sponsored Mount Isa Summer Comp final on the weekend with Mark Backman on 41 points as runner up.

A stableford competition was run in conjunction for the non-final qualifiers and Tayge Atherinos made it a family affair with a great score of 40 points with Wayne Hendricks coming in as runner up with 39 points.
The ball run down included, Josh Manikua, Prue Dunstan and Mark Pulson.
A grade’s NTPs on fourth was Richard Bawden and 10th was Bill Ellis.
B Grader NTP’s on eighth was Peter Gilmore and 18th Mark Backman.
C grade & ladies NTP on fifth was Prue Dunstan and 17th was Tayge Atherinos.
This weekend is the Nik and Craig Mills cup, which is an 18 hole competition.
Craig Mills has been the groundsman for the club for the last four years and the course has never looked better with the greens looking great and plenty of grass on the fairways.
