North QLD Regional Game Development Manager for Rugby League Renae Kunst said this is an opportunity to learn some new skills and also to meet new people.
Courses will be held at the Red Earth Hotel on the weekend of March 9 and Mount Isa PCYC on March 10.
League First Aid is a new course that allows volunteers to learn First Aid for the age groups U6-U15 years. The League First Aid course is one day long.
If participants already have First Aid /CPR certification they can apply for Recognition of Prior Learning before the day.
Coaching Course such as Modified Games Coach (U6-U12 years) begins from 9:00-12:30pm and will take place on Sunday March 10 at the Mount Isa PCYC.
International Games Coach (U13 – Seniors) from 1:30pm-6:00pm unless re-accredited is needed. Contact Renae Kunst for further information on 0417068132.
