The line extended out of the driveway and onto the grass as volunteers took orders and served bacon and egg burgers and coffee.
Owner Lisa Clancy said they were raising funds for families in the North-West community.
"Farmers have not only endured drought but now flooding has wiped out the vast majority of their herds.
"There are families within our own team that have been severely affected and it really hits home when you see the devastation," Mrs Clancy said.
The Rotary Club of Mount Isa and Glencore Copper Concentrator are matching the Clancy Corporation dollar-for-dollar while several other businesses supported the Flood Relief Breakfast with donations, equipment for the event and food.
Tracy Pertovt from the Rotary Club of Mount Isa said the support from the community was amazing.
"The best thing is all the money raised goes to our farmers. Locals helping locals," Ms Pertovt said.
Little T Creatives, Hit 102.5, Zonta Club of Mount Isa, The Skin Coaches, BCF, Brumbies, Sunset Butchery, QH2O and Ava's Tapas Bar have added their support.
The link to the donation page is available if you couldn't make breakfast, but still would like to help.
