The event was won by the Bandits with a total of 1460 points, followed by closest rivals, We Got the Runs on 1355.
All the teams navigated on foot around the city, answering cryptic clues, participating in a photo and scavenger hunt and also completing a number of dares.
Organiser Alison Whitehead said patrons sitting on the deck at the Buffs Club, some Bunnings shop assistants and also a Mum and Grandad from Bundaberg were brave enough to join in on the action as well.
"The teams needed to be thinking on their feet and use their initiative to complete the course, gaining as many dare bonus points as possible," Whitehead said.
Dares included styling all team members hair with various shades of colour so they could play the part of a Rodeo Clown, participating in a wheelbarrow race pretending to collect horse poo, carrying out a search of bushland at the Outback at Isa garden helping the SES locate items, searching for a piece of bubblegum in a plateful of cream and then blowing a bubble – no hands allowed, along with singing and dancing the Time Warp.
The cryptic race helped fundraise for Mount Isa Rodeo Queen Quest Entrant Kat Ufer, who is raising money for the Mount Isa SES.
