The triathlon was held at Lake Moondarra and started at 8am.
Teams competed in a 750m swim, 20km cycle, 5km run.
The first men's team to cross the finish line was Lager and Ales that consisted of Dan Lockhart, Ben Alcon and Matt Smith in a time of 1.06.53.
Vicki Nicholson, Michelle Burnett and Claire Ellen who made the women's team Vitalise Fitness finished their race ahead of their rivals in a time of 1.12.26.
The mixed team Splash, Flash and Dash members John Doody, Maddie Merrett and Richard Epstein won their division with a time of 1.06.50.
IsaRats president Kim Alcorn said the event ran really smoothly from an organiser point of view and from a competitor's point of view.
"We were very lucky with the weather and the amount of people we had on hand to set up and pack up," Alcorn said.
"As a competitor it was great to see the crowd encourage the athletes along the course."
Alcorn said the next event on their race calendar is the second Race to the Creek.
The event will be held on Sunday March 10.
The series features three races aimed at building up competitors to peak at the Dirt n Dust Festival.
"The Race to the Creek events help triathletes with an overall measure of their improvement leading into Dirt N Dust at Julia Creek," she said.
